We lease your property under a carefully structured agreement and take full responsibility for the management, upkeep, and lawful operation of the tenancy. Your home is never sub-let carelessly—instead, we provide housing for vetted individuals, professionals, and corporate clients who stay on short to mid-term contracts.

We typically start with a 6 to 12-month agreement, but unlike rigid contracts, our terms are fully flexible—you’re free to withdraw at any time with notice. It’s your property, and YOU stay in control.

REGULATION
Regulatory Compliance — No Corners Cut
Our properties are managed in accordance with The Housing Act 2004, and where applicable, we obtain a Selective or Additional HMO Licence through the local authority. We ensure:

Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) are up to date

EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) are valid and in place

EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) meets legal standards (E or above)

All of our managed properties come equipped with CCTV systems—professionally installed both internally (in communal areas) and externally, to deter anti-social behaviour and unauthorised access. These systems are compliant with UK GDPR and privacy regulations, with signage in place and footage stored securely. Our landlords and tenants appreciate the added layer of safety and accountability.
