Regulatory Compliance — No Corners Cut

Our properties are managed in accordance with The Housing Act 2004, and where applicable, we obtain a Selective or Additional HMO Licence through the local authority. We ensure:

  • Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) are up to date

  • EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) are valid and in place

  • EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) meets legal standards (E or above)

  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are correctly installed and tested

All of our managed properties come equipped with CCTV systems—professionally installed both internally (in communal areas) and externally, to deter anti-social behaviour and unauthorised access. These systems are compliant with UK GDPR and privacy regulations, with signage in place and footage stored securely. Our landlords and tenants appreciate the added layer of safety and accountability.
